Booths and tables are shown below. Booths measure 10' x 10', (booths 10 & 11, measure 9' x 10') and tables measure 1.5' x 6' each. Available booths/tables are marked in green. Payment in full is required by 1 Oct 2018.
Booth space/location assignments will be made on a first-come, first-assigned basis. Every effort will be made to meet the exhibitor’s preference. Meeting management reserves the right to make adjustments to the floor plan and/or reassign an exhibitor’s location when advisable and for the good of the exhibition. Any affected exhibitors will be consulted in all such situations.
Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing or by email to Dr. Rich DiPaolo or Dr. Subbarao Bondada and must be received no later than 30 days prior to the meeting and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the meeting.
