*Undergraduate registration will be capped at 50 registrants.
** Registration fee includes the cost of lunch during the Careers in Immunology Workshop.

Refund Policy:
Refund requests sent 30 or more days before the first day of the conference will be honored, less a 10% processing fee (i.e., 90% of the registration fee will be refunded). Refund requests received fewer than 30 days before the conference start date are not eligible for a refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to AIC’s Administrative Assistant. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receipt.
ADDITIONAL CONFERENCE ADD-ONS
A roundtable discussion open only to current graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, where participants may ask questions and get advice from senior scientists.
